At Zerodel, we prioritize customer satisfaction and transparency. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you may be eligible to receive a refund for orders placed through our platform.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

  • The order was canceled by Zerodel or the merchant before dispatch.

  • The customer received incorrect items or items were missing.

  • The order was undelivered or excessively delayed due to service failure.

  • There were verified quality or safety concerns with the delivered items.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Customer changes their mind after placing the order.

  • Incorrect delivery address or failure to receive the order by the customer.

  • Delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather).

  • Partial consumption of food or goods before raising a complaint.

3. Refund Method and Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method used.

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment service provider.

  • For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or mobile financial services after verifying your details.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, contact our support team with your order ID and issue description:

Zerodel Cancellation Policy

Zerodel understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise and orders may need to be canceled. This policy explains how cancellations are handled.

1. Cancellation by Customer

  • Customers can cancel an order through the app or website before the merchant accepts or starts processing the order.

  • Orders that have already been accepted, prepared, or dispatched cannot be canceled.

2. Cancellation by Zerodel or Merchant

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Delivery location outside coverage area

  • Technical or pricing errors

  • Merchant or delivery partner inability to fulfill the order

Customers will be notified of such cancellations, and a full refund will be processed if payment was already made.

3. Additional Notes

  • Cancellations must be initiated promptly to avoid processing delays.

  • Repeated cancellations without valid reasons may result in account restrictions.
