Together, the Website and App are referred to as the "Platform." Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. By accessing, installing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our associated policies including the Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and others as applicable.
The Platform is available to individuals aged 18 or older, and to corporate entities duly registered under applicable laws. These Terms may include country-specific provisions depending on your location.
All commercial terms including prices, taxes, delivery costs, payment methods, and product warranties are determined solely between buyers and merchants. Zerodel acts as a facilitator and does not interfere with or control these transactions.
Zerodel may support merchants by providing logistical assistance such as payment processing, customer service, and delivery facilitation under separate agreements. However, Zerodel does not assume responsibility for any failure or breach of contract between buyers and merchants, or for unsatisfactory products or services.
Zerodel does not possess or claim ownership of products listed by merchants and is not liable for any related disputes. This includes:
Quality or suitability of goods provided by merchants
Merchant service errors or unavailable items
Incorrect or delayed orders
Menu, product images, and prices are provided by merchants and are for representation purposes only. Zerodel is not liable for any differences between displayed and delivered items.
To use our services, users must create an account by providing personal information such as name, phone number, and email. Users may voluntarily provide additional profile information. We advise caution in sharing sensitive data. Users are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and security of their account details.
Zerodel estimates delivery times at checkout, but delays may occur due to merchant or logistical issues. Delivery will only be made to the address provided at the time of order. Changes to the delivery address are at Zerodel’s discretion and may incur additional charges.
Users must provide adequate instructions and authorization for delivery. If delivery fails due to user error, the order may be deemed delivered with no refund issued.
Users must provide valid credit/debit card details via approved payment gateways. Users are responsible for the security of their payment information. Zerodel disclaims any liability for unauthorized card usage. Zerodel accepts payments only during the operating hours of participating merchants.
Users must not engage in illegal, abusive, or prohibited conduct on the Platform. This includes but is not limited to:
Violating local or international laws
Posting defamatory, abusive, or misleading content
Infringing intellectual property rights
Impersonating others or collecting personal information without consent
Posting spam or malicious links
Harassing or threatening other users
Zerodel reserves the right to:
Investigate and remove non-compliant content
Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
Monitor and moderate platform activity
Zerodel may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Users are encouraged to review Terms periodically.
Zerodel reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, delivery coverage issues, or other unavoidable circumstances. Users will be notified of such cancellations in accordance with Zerodel policies.
